Prints and cards are safely shipped using sturdy 200 lb-test cardboard boxes,
fitted to the size of the print. Inside the box the prints are enclosed in
a clear plastic re-sealable plastic bag; secured on either side by two
pieces of 3/l6" foam core.
Art Work Information
Watercolor paper is Arches or Fabriano, 140 - 300lb.
Original paintings (except as noted) are shipped flat, unmatted and unframed.
About Giclée

About Arches Infinity Paper (Used for Giclée prints)
The Arches paper mills in the Vosages region of eastern France have been producing high-quality artist paper for more than 500 years. The secret of paper making of Arches is the use of 100% natural fibers (cotton) and the traditional cylinder mould method. Another thing that distinguishes all Arches papers is the fact that no optical brightening agents (OBA) are used in the making. Arches has just released a new brand of paper, made especially for inkjet printing: Arches Infinity Museum Quality Digital Photo and Fine Art Paper. It's made with the same Arches Cold Press and Hot Press paper except that instead of tub sizing in gelatin, a proprietary inkjet receptor coating is applied after the paper is made. Arches Infinity paper is 100% cotton, ph-neutral, acid-free, lignin-free and OBA-free. The weight used with these prints is 355gsm (140lb.) in a textured finish.
